Shopping in Bremen City without proof of 2G

With immediate effect, the 2G regulation in retail will no longer apply. Proof of vaccination or proof of recovery is no longer required for access to shops in the state of Bremen.
Shopping is also less complicated again in the federal state of Bremen: visitors to Bremen city center can stroll through the city again without having to show their vaccination or recovery status when entering the shops.
The following hygiene regulations apply:
- A general minimum distance of 1.5 m must be observed.
- The obligation to wear an FFP2 mask or KN95/N95 mask remains in place to ensure adequate protection against infection.
- Persons from the age of 6 fulfill the obligation to wear a face mask in public transport, in retail stores or at events by wearing a surgical mask, a mask of the "KN95/N95", "FFP2" standards or an equivalent level of protection (medical face mask).
