The countdown is on: From June 27 to 29, 2025, the CityInitiative Bremen invites you to Bremen's only inner-city open-air festival for the fourth time.
For three days in June, it's pure festival feeling for young and old. Six venues, including four stages, more than 40 acts, all outdoors and free in the heart of Bremen City! Around the market square, Domshof, and other venues, the motto is once again: Experience live music, culture, literature, and culinary delights right in the heart of the city. What began in 2022 has long since established itself as an integral part of the North German festival summer. The event delights with a colorful mix of musical diversity, ranging from funk to folk, rock to singer-songwriter, cultural highlights, creative activities, and a special attitude to life in the heart of Bremen's city center.

Street art at the Hanseatenhof
The Hanseatenhof will be transformed into a colorful street art studio, and the scene will literally be bursting with creative ideas: Live sketching and floor painting will transform the city center into a canvas. On Friday and Saturday, the graffiti contest will encapsulate the energy of the HOEG CitySummerFest – colorful and full of urban vibes!
Landesmusikrat Bremen
A small festival within the festival will take place on Sunday on the Sparkasse Bremen stage at Domshof: Here, the Bremen State Music Council will present bands and musicians from Bremen's amateur scene. Eight Bremen acts – from rock bands to children's choirs – will showcase "handmade music" and the diversity of local music.
SLACKLINING BREMEN EV
Throughout the HOEG CitySummerFestival, slackliners can be admired as they perform their daring traverses at dizzying heights above the market square and Domshof. Before each main act, a freestyle competition takes place on the Domshof, in which two acrobats each challenge each other with tricks on two parallel lines. The line above the market square serves as a race track.

Auf dem Marktplatz, Domshof, Ansgarikirchhof, in der LLOYD PASSAGE, auf dem Hanseatenhof und im Schnoor.
Alle Spielstätten sind ganz bequem mit dem ÖPNV, dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in den Parkhäusern der BREPARK.
